Our team model gives each caregiver a network of support from their coworkers as well as a partner with whom to swap scheduled days or times in the event of illness or other unforeseen circumstances.
Each team has a Team Leader who serves as a liaison between the team, the client, and West Pointe Healthcare management. Our RN offers supervision and coaching for advanced care services. Our caregivers establish a “web of caring” among themselves and with our clients.
We provide graded levels of care to match the changing requirements of our customers, ranging from basic assistance and companionship to more extensive, RN-supervised care, whether it be in your home, in your retirement community, or in a facility.

Level II assistance encompasses activities of independent living with caregiver oversight and follow-through.
