Home care services.

West Pointe Healthcare is leading Maryland Expectations for In-Home Companion Care Services. We are fully aware effective in-home elder care places a high focus on quality and consistency.

We are committed to providing you the best in in-home companion care services, with caregivers that are professionals but treat you like family. We pledge to match each client with a caregiver whose personality and needs are the ideal fit from the outset. To provide continuity of care, comfort, and trust, clients frequently work with the same caregivers. Contact us right away at 667-678-1049 to get started!

Our team model gives each caregiver a network of support from their coworkers as well as a partner with whom to swap scheduled days or times in the event of illness or other unforeseen circumstances.

Each team has a Team Leader who serves as a liaison between the team, the client, and West Pointe Healthcare management. Our RN offers supervision and coaching for advanced care services. Our caregivers establish a “web of caring” among themselves and with our clients.
